Rustica—Great Maple

I worked on a complete restaurant concept overhaul for Rustica in Fashion Island, Orange County with Johnny Rivera from Hash House. It was really fun to apply our areas of expertise to affect the brand in many ways. We tackled logo design, (below), decor, marketing direction / concept, food & plating and presentational elements with the staff. Sales are up from the red to profit. Plates/day went from 161 to the low 300s. I wanted to show our logo design process. These were some of the choices the client selected from.
